Very timely as I resume a lifetime of baking after taking a long break. Perhaps it was Covid depression or just getting older. The no knead crispy chewy bread got me going again. I no longer buy Turkey Red wheat by the 50pound sack to mill for bread baking, or malt and mill barley but I do love my no knead experiences. Best white bread ever.
