Emma! This is so wonderful! I am so thrilled to have a place to talk about thee issues with other bakers who are chronically ill and disabled in the Crip Cooks Club. We are no less passionate about baking- we just need to adapt recipes to play our strengths and put in place strategies to catch us in instances of things like brain fog. Thank you for all you do to help us be our best in the kitchen x
