Our mix is really designed to be baked and then dried in the oven as it cools down to dry out the treats for an extra longer shelf life Kacie. We haven't tested it to be baked under in this type of waffle iron-esque conditions and we're not sure how they would fare. Most likely the shelf life would be very short without this drying step.
