I have been feeling exactly the same way lately. Why does it matter what our sexual orientation is? I think we are drawing way too much attention to this.... and with the attention comes the "them vs. us" mentality. Can you imagine if people who are color blind start a "pride" movement ? Ridiculous , right? Well it is the same thing. We are all the same...human at the same time we are all different... that is, unique. Let's stop making our differences such a Big Deal..... live your life and let each of us live ours.
