Hi Larry, when we share messages about Pride or celebrate LGBTQ+ people in our workplace, families, and community, we’re giving them an opportunity to share their authentic selves so that others can know, understand, and value them for who they are. We don’t perceive anything graphic or explicit about gender and sexual identity, but there is plenty of focus on caring relationships and self-worth. As a baking company that’s made spreading joy and building community a central part of who we are, it’s important to us that people who’ve historically struggled to find safety and acceptance know that our kitchen is place where they're valued and loved. We feel this enriches all of us.
