thank you camilla and KAF for this awesome and thoughtful piece. i am shocked at the level of ad hominem hate levelled at what feels like an honest baring of personal experience. this can be a place for both basic baking tips and tales of all kinds of individual industry experiences at the same time. people's lives do not equal politics. shame on the haters.
