Really I have worked with gay friends for over 30 years, and have enjoyed working with and beside them. Personally I have never seen discrimination in the work environment for the gay community, but I am sure it exists. Part of sharing your life stories is sharing them with people who care about you, I don't share my stories with everyone I work with because I know they don't care to hear them. I personally find there is no look that spells out lesbian/homosexual, these folks are everywhere, taking care of you, feeding you, waiting on you and yes baking for you.
