King Arthur Flour isn't trying to get people to care about a person's private life; rather, they are tending to their entire pool of bakers instead of just the value-stamp-approved subset of bakers seen prominently in past cookbooks and promoted by food companies and networks. Since "good food and baking" are "enough," they were enough before you read that article, and they are still enough for me. :)
