Hi Letitia, we appreciate your concerns. As an example of our move towards regenerative agriculture, you may want to consider our new Climate Blend Flour, which bares the Regenefied Certification. This certification requires farmers to reduce the number of herbicides they are using and then during the 21 days prior to harvest there are no chemicals applied. It’s not organic, but we are making sure there is a significant reduction in herbicides used on these wheats.
