Hi Penny, we're happy to confirm that this product uses no GMO wheat. In fact, King Arthur does not sell any product or ingredient that includes GMO products. Instead, these types of wheat have been cultivated in a field (not a lab) using techniques that have been in use for over 100 years. That being said, we will continue to offer our line of 100% organic flour made from traditional wheat types for those who prefer it.
