Hi Jean, thanks for circling back to this question. When a similar question is posted by many users on the same topic, we generally don't respond to all of them as our responses to all comments are public and visible to all.  To reiterate what was posted below, regenerative wheat farming differs from organic agriculture in a few notable ways: Regenerative focuses on outcomes and principles (cover cropping and crop rotations, minimizing inputs, no/limited tillage, and affordability and accessibility of crops), while organic is a labeling term that indicates products were produced by practices verified by the USDA — primarily without the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers.

We do also offer a full line of certified 100% organic flours to ensure that our customers have options to suit their individual needs. Our organic flour line is independently verified by QAI (Quality Assurance International) to ensure organic certification requirements are strictly followed.

This Climate Blend flour is one step in our journey towards sourcing 100% of our wheat- including the organic wheat we source to make our 100% Organic Flour line- from farmers who employ soil-regenerative farming practices. While the Climate Blend is not certified Organic at the moment, we're looking forward to the next few years where a product like that will join this one on our shelves.
