Why don't you explain in full, unequivocable terms what those practices entail? What is the process? Because you have already admitted this "restorative" process is not new. What's different about this process now that wasn't done before? Is there any bioengineering going on here? And is King Arthur planning on using insects to enhance the protein value by reducing the wheat content? In any event, hard pass, thank you. If this is the future of King Arthur, I'll be switching over to Bob's Reb Mill.
