I noticed your question was not answered. You asked what are the fertilizers used. Reading the response/responses from others asking for the same information, the information given is the same rhetoric. It's never answered, just giving a ho hum answer, makes one wonder what they are hiding.
I have been using and promoting KA flour in my baking business for 14 years. With this new information I do not feel comfortable with the answers not given and to continue using your flours.
