Hi Donna, we're happy to confirm that the introduction of this new product will have no effect on the availability of our existing Certified 100% Organic line of flours. As for the farming practices we're proud to support- King Arthur has partnered with the BreadLab for over 10 years, funding an endowment that allows them to do the important research that has yielded this Climate Blend flour. We've also worked with Farmer Direct Foods, a fully regenerative co-op, for 20 years. We know that 2030 is an ambitious goal for sourcing 100% of our wheat from regeneratively grown practices, but we've been laying the groundwork for a long time and are proud of our progress already.
