It breaks my heart to learn that you are ok with pesticides being used on your wheat. I will no longer be promoting the use of your flour for baking. It has been proven that glyphosate is harmful to humans but you still allow it to be used on the wheat. Government allowance does NOT make it safe for consumption. So sad to hear this about your flour.
