First, I applaud KAB on the move towards regenerative practices. This quite apparently was a thoughtfully made move. For those concerned, please do question, please do research regenerative practices. Some have likened regenerative agriculture to building soil as opposed to growing crops. Yes, regenerative farming does not always comply with strict organic farming definitions. Note too that some products that are legitimately labeled organic are significantly problematic. For example, rain forest can be stripped, blueberries grown as a monoculture on the untreated ground, and the fruits flown thousands of miles and called organic. A goal of regenerative practices is to capitalize on a natural ecosystem. I won't dribble on. I have baking to do and many others do a better job of explaining. Don't trust me: Go check for yourself.
