Followed this technique using an 11” cast iron skillet with a tablespoon of olive oil and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Baked at 450F on the bottom rack for a total of 23 minutes (checked it after 18 minutes and determined the top needed a bit longer). Turned out great - thanks.
