“pizzas shaped like Texas” - that made me smile. Definitely experienced this! I gave up on my metal peel, it’s sat in the cupboard unused. I would put the dough on it and by the time I’d topped the pizza that was it, stuck! I’ve been taking the pizza stone out the oven, putting the dough on and topping as quickly as I can. After reading this I’m definitely going to look at getting some semolina and giving it another go.
