Thanks for the article. I have had great success with keeping my starter in the fridge and using it without prior feeding. But I’ve done this with baking every few days or week(s). Does this method of measuring out the starter from the fridge and just replacing the same amount and putting it back in the fridge still work if I’m baking everyday?
