Thanks so much for all these posts! I am not your typical reader/baker. I am a retired 76 year old cop who as a retired SWAT Sgt. I am REALLY enjoying baking bread and pies for my wife and me along with some select friends. Your posts have answered so many unasked questions that I mutter under my breath while baking. ha ha. Kudos to you!
