Deb Lueders May 13, 2022 at 7:19pm I have never had any soggy bottom issues. I start with my oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn it down to 375 for another 40+ minutes, till its nice and bubbly. Not bubbly yet? Then it's not done. If it darkens too soon, cover with foil. Reply
