Hi there, useful information. I’ve been reading lots of recipes for breads and pizza doughs. The one thing I can’t figure out is how to calculate yeast required for the said amount of dough. Any pointers where I can read up on this. I understand hydration, and baker’s math, just not sure how to calculate the amount of yeast required. Thank you, best wishes from Australia ❤️
