Hi Cassie, while we haven't tested it in this particular cheesecake recipe, our Baking Sugar Alternative works well in most baking projects, including our Easy Cheesecake recipe (see the Tips From Our Bakers section for how to use our BSA in the recipe). We even have a whole recipe collection that utilizes our Baking Sugar Alternative!
