Oh boy, I did a stupid. For some reason, after about 30 minutes of cooling time, my brain went, "must turn cake out of pan onto rack to finish cooling!" Well, predictably, my warm, soft cheesecake with nothing underneath it - slid merrily through the wires of my rack. Presliced cheesecake, anyone? It tastes great, even if I'll have to eat with with a spoon in a bowl.
