I use my air fryer a lot for cooking (meat, veggies, nuts) but hadn't tried it for baking. This was so easy and delicious. I used sugar alternative since I'm T1D and still great. I used two non stick regular 6 inch pans with KAB 8 inch parchment circles which went partly up the side and the cakes came right out. I have a small Phillips Airfryer and six inch fits with room for circulation but the biggest challenge was getting the pans in and out of the fryer. My baking time was a few minutes under maybe 22 minutes. As an aside, since it's just the two of us, I make 6 inch cakes a lot. It would be great to have 6 inch KAB parchment circles. I'll be trying more baking in my air fryer.
