Hi Kathleen, we haven't tried this, but we don't think it would work well to bake this cheesecake in the basket of your air fryer. I would try to find a baking pan that fits in your air fryer. 4" cake pans or springform pans are fairly common, and you should be able to make 4 smaller cheesecakes with 4" pans, using this recipe. Baking time will be shorter for the smaller pan size, so that part may take a little tweaking.
