Hi Cathie, there isn't very much information out there so far when it comes to air frying/baking at high altittude, but it will no doubt have some effect. Check out our regular High Altitude Baking Guide, and tweak accordingly. I'm guessing reducing the sugar a bit and increasing the liquid (possibly with an additional egg?) may be a good place to start.
