Hi Tom, we haven't experimented with the air fryer feature on a regular oven, or done any comparison baking, but we suspect you can get similar results, although the timing/temperature setting will definitely be different. That being said, it isn't going to be possible to exactly replicate the speed or intensity of the smaller units, so your results won't be exactly the same.
