Dear PJ, I love you. I haven’t even made this yet, but I have the same exact air fryer, have not yet tried baking in it yet, craved cheesecake for Mother’s Day and did not get it but got a positive Covid test instead, and so, on my curbside pickup grocery list this weekend will be the ingredients for this very cheesecake.
