Due to your admitted inability to provide safe flour for use in our family, we will no longer be a customer for any of your products.

Should you change all your internal policies to where you will provide safe food products, we may return... but if in my efforts to locate another company that has had this safe food policy all along, I will probably just stay with them as they will probably be more reputable.
