Oh my! You saved me money if nothing else! I was going thru sooo much parchment paper it was ridiculous. Now I reuse it all the time. I am a retired teacher who bakes for my favorite teacher peeps; sourdough, scones, jumbo cinnamon rolls, and the list goes on.
Should have listened to my great aunt and grandmother who went thru the depression. Yes, they reused foil and string, too. Wash, fold, and slip it into a zippy bag for the freezer. That’s my new motto!
