I did this today (with blender) and the results were very good. It reminds me of the whipped butter they give you at restaurants to use on the warm bread they bring to you at the beginning.

Homemade butter also tastes more pure and clean. Remember how easily butter absorbs surrounding flavors and scents? Store butter sits on the shelves for a long time...
