Yes, yes, yes to all of these suggestions for re-using parchment. I've been washing and re-using for years. I'm guessing that those who do that also wash and re-use their plastic storage bags too, but just in case: same approach as for re-using parchment. Wash and hang them to dry. (I open them and drape them over long handed utensils.) All but the greasiest. Same thinking for aluminum foil. My family always made fun of me for this kind of thrift but I'm still doing it after 60 years.
