I’ve reused my parchment sheets for more years than I care to remember. My process: lay the sheet (whatever size and shape) on the counter next to the kitchen sink. I keep a spray bottle of diluted dish soap under my sink. I spray my sheet with that and gently scrub with a brush. Then rinse well with hot tap water. Repeat if necessary. Air dry. They are stored vertically in a cabinet that sits next to my oven. The cabinet does not get hot but does stay warmer than the rest of the kitchen. As the edges deteriorate, the sheets get trimmed to fit other pans or shapes.
