I reuse parchment paper all the time , particularly when baking at Christmas. I make umpteen batches of granola and use the parchment many times over. Saves wear and tear on my sheet pans and reduces water usage for cleanup. Making a sincere effort to reduce my plastic wrap usage as well but that’s still a work in progress!
We recycle as much as possible in our home; our recycle bin is frequently fuller than our trash bin.
