For future mini-cupcake adventures with this recipe I would keep in mind that our Mini-Muffin Pan generally produces about 40 mini-muffins from a standard 12-muffin recipe, so you may find you'll need to do two rounds of mini-cupcake baking as well. Baking time is likely to be about 1/3 less than the standard recipe, so for this recipe I would start checking around 8 minutes, and reset the timer from there. These little beauties are likely to be more challenging to fill, but what a delightful morsel they will be!
