This is AMAZING! I used cinnamon maple butter by Churn for this and it took this chocolate sandwich experience to a new level. Far superior to the cinnamon sugar enhancement because the flavored butter is both subtle and intense simultaneously - and yes I know that sounds like a crazy contradiction. It is CRAZY GOOD! I will always agree that great butter makes everything better and high quality flavored butter is for me flavor on steroids. Discovered Churn during the pandemic and it brings joy to every dish I use it in. This grilled chocolate sandwich with maple cinnamon butter is magic. My two cents.
