This sounds awesome, I have sourdough, I have chocolate, I need to make this for a late night snack. However, I'd like to suggest that you edit "take 2 1/2”-thick slices of bread" to read "take two 1/2”-thick slices of bread". Because I hope that I'm not the only person who thought you were using 5" of bread total for your sandwich?! 😁
