I thoroughly enjoyed this article! It's comforting to see that even K.A.F. bakers have some April fools! My best "oops" was when I baked a pumpkin bread loaf for a boy I was trying to impress. I left out a couple of rather key ingredients- the baking soda and powder! It was a pumpkin lead loaf. Never rose and was as hard as a brick as I kept baking it thinking it would rise soon!
