I called the hotline for 2 reasons. One, was to tell KA that their Keto bread mix has a sour taste. Not like sourdough but still sour. The baker said she was not aware of that. I don’t know she went to culinary school. Then2, I asked her why my sour bread baked with a hole through out the loaf. What did I do wrong. She said she didn’t know. Therefore, I will not call the hotline again. Plus I felt as though I was bothering her. I won’t be using your hotline again. I could have had better responses from my “Hey Google”. Maybe you should monitor them or at least make them go through customer service training. They were lame. Very lame.
