Under the photo of the Ploughman there is a link to 'Pub Cheese' made from cheddar and ale. The link takes one to a recipe for a blog about the Velveeta substitute (have made several times - good recipe), but I see nothing for a 'Pub Cheese'. Am I missing it in my quick look through the discussion?
