I used my rackNpan for first time to Bake Bacon. I will never go back to pop,sizzle scare me when it pops in my eyes frying pan. Jus as the bacon grease cools, I'm saving it. That is Gold.. I didn't stick to rack plus didn't sit swimming in all that grease. It definitely gave the Bacon better texture. I baked at 400° for 18minutes. Jus perfect
