Sorry about that, Merry May! If you are able to get it out of its package, sometimes you can have luck with pulsing it in the food processor, or pounding it in a Ziploc bag with a rolling pin before blending. Using a food grade desiccant packet can also help in its storage container for few days to draw the moisture out of the caked up powder. To prevent clumping, I like to store this powder in its orginal container in the freezer with an additional plastic freezer bag around it. Hope this helps!
