Tom September 8, 2023 at 3:42pm I’m using a recipe calling for 624g of bread flour and 3g of diastatic malt powder. I am using King Arthur unbleached bread flour, which has malted barley enzymes in it already. So do I still want to use the same amount (or any) malt? Reply
