Thank you for a great explanation about Malt. I try to keep all three of the products in my pantry, well ok I keep the Malted Milk powder too, but I did know that was only a flavor item. I like to have a good choice in my pantry when I take a notion to bake, but while I had the items the recipes called for I did not know what they did in the recipe. I think it will make sense now rather than be an item on my shelf that I use, and I may look intentionally for recipes that call for one of them so as to gain some experience.
