Hi Ann! We are curious to know what your usual adjustments for altitude are - we live at 7000' in SW Wyoming. Specifically our difficulty seems to be cakes and quick breads falling in the middle. Happens with scratch-made and box cakes. We have tried a variety of standard recommendations without success. Would you share your recommendations? Thanks.
