Actually, my hand was quicker than my eye. So I need to say that I will definitely be making something with King Arthur flour in the next 30 days. The recipes are well laid out and easy to follow - and I especially appreciate the "tips" at the end of each article. Every time I see a bread recipe from King Arthur, I feel the urge to try it. I have yet to be disappointed.
