Hi Madeleine, it depends on the ingredients included in your premixed flour. If it is just various types of flour, you should be able to proceed with your no-knead bread recipe. However, if the mix includes other ingredients (sugar, fat, milk, leavening agents, etc.), then your premix is not likely to work well in your recipe.
