Hi
I am in South Africa and purchased bread flour only to see when I got home that it is premixed flour says just add yeast and water. My question is I usually let my no knead dough ferment in the fridge overnight will I still be able to do this. the purchased bag of flour is 12.5kg so don't want to open if it won't work
