I use axround straight sided corning ware casserole dish. Its about 7 " diameter and I use a anchor hocking domed glass lid. I just poked around my kitchen to find oven worthy cookware. I don't own a cast iron dutch oven and don't intend to get one. My 4 ingredient, 24 hour raised doughbread comes out fabulous.
